GX8301 Low-Power BLE SoC Chip

Product Brief

GX8301 is a SoC chip designed for the low-power Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) market. The chip supports the latest Bluetooth BLE 5.4 standard, 2.4G private protocol, integrates a RISC-V CPU with a maximum speed of 96MHz, and comes with 128KB SRAM. The chip supports ultra-low power consumption in standby mode: 0.4uA@deep sleep. Additionally, the chip integrates a complete audio chain, infrared transceiver, USB, QDec, QSPI, and other rich peripherals, making it suitable for applications such as Bluetooth voice remote controls, high-end keyboards and mice, PC peripherals, and more.
